Sue Gilkey has been a licensed attorney since 2000, returning to law school after a career as a social worker within the court system. She is a partner at Frank B. Rosenacker Co., LPA and concentrates her practice in funeral services, succession/estate planning, business organization, transaction work and probate. Sue has a Bachelors Degree in Social Work from The Ohio State University, a Masters of Social Work from the University of Kentucky, and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Cincinnati.

After thirty-plus years of marriage, John, her husband, and Sue are happily living the life of "empty-nesters" with both their children having graduated college and on their own.
